How can I obtain the IMEI (Serial) number of my cellular phone?
Please type *#06# (Star - Pound - 0 - 6 - Pound) on your phone's keypad and you will see a 15 digit Serial (IMEI) Number on your display. Alternatively, you can refer to the cellphone's factory sticker (you may have to remove the battery) for your IMIE value.

Is it important to specify the make and model of my mobile and/or cell phone?
Yes. It is very important since different models have unique unlock codes. If your phone is not listed, please send us an email at support@expressunlock.com.

Is it important to specify the Network that my cellphone is subscribed to at the moment?
Yes. This is very important. You have to select the Network from the drop down list. If your Network is not listed, please do not continue with the process. Instead, send us an email with your Phone's IMEI, Network and Phone Model at support@expressunlock.com.

Can you provide a PIN or PUK code for my SIM card?
Since PIN and PUK codes belong to the actual SIM card, we are unable to provide any support and codes.

I see a "No Service" or "Sim Registration Failed" displayed after inserting a new sim card. Why is this?
Although your phone is unlocked, your service and/or subscription may not yet be activated yet. Or your phone may not support an appropriate band standard for the selected operator.

I entered the unlocking code, but my phone is still locked. Why is this?
Please contact us at support@expressunlock.com if you encounter difficulties in unlocking your phone. As long as the required information (Phone model, Network provider, IMEI) you provide is correct, your phone will unlock properly without issues.

Can I unlock my (GSM 900/1800 MHz) phone to access GSM 1900 Mhz Networks?
Your cellphone needs to have 1900Mhz support to access the GSM 1900 network. We only provide SIM unlocking services.
